By pre-ordering a product, you are guaranteed the product. If you often find yourself missing out on releases then pre-ordering will help you avoid such experiences. Pre-ordering not only helps you avoid missing out on limited edition collectibles but also helps make collecting a stress-free and fun experience. Keep in mind that a pre-order product can sell out at any time so we recommend that you pre-order as soon as possible.
Please note the manufacturer estimated release date on each product page. We are in constant contact with our distributors regarding product information. In the event that we obtain new information, we will be sure to update the product page accordingly with the most up to date information.

One Sixth Outfitters is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. All release date information are estimated by the manufacturer and is subject to change without further notice. In the event the manufacturer decides to cancel a release, we will issue a refund or apply it as a credit towards a pre-existing order if applicable.
Pre-Order Payment Options
There are two available payment options for Pre-Order products:
- Full Payment Option - Full cost of item plus cost of shipping will be charged immediately.
- Non-Refundable Deposit Payment Option - 15% of item cost plus shipping cost will be charged immediately. The remaining 85% balance will be charged when item is in stock*. Customers may also request to pay the remaining balance prior to arrival. Customers will have up to 10 days to pay the remaining 85% balance once item is in stock. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the allotted time will result in the non-refundable deposit being forfeited and order cancelled.
*The remaining 85% remaining balance owed will be sent as an invoice email in which you will need to submit payment manually. The invoice email will be sent to the same email address associated with the initial 15% non-refundable deposit order. Please be sure to mark our email address (Support@OneSixthOutfitters.com) as safe and not spam to avoid any potential issues. One Sixth Outfitters is not responsible for email notifications that are not received by customers for any reason including, but not limited to, misspelled, mistyped or outdated email addresses, SPAM filtering, email host service blocks or customers inability to access emails.
To secure a pre-order through the production process, some products will require a nominal non-refundable deposit (NRD). The dollar amount of the deposit is listed on the product page prior to checkout. Keep in mind this deposit is not refundable, not transferable to another order nor kept as an account credit upon order cancellation. Only in the event that the manufacturer decides to cancel a release, we will waive the non-refundable deposit fee and issue a full refund or apply the amount as a credit towards an existing pre-order if applicable.
Cancellation fees are applicable for an item that does not require a nominal non-refundable deposit (NRD). The cancellation fee will be 15% per item. If you already paid a non-refundable deposit, that will serve as your cancellation fee.
Credit card companies submitting a dispute, or charge back, to One Sixth Outfitters for any non-refundable deposits, cancellation fees, or back charged customs duties will be given a copy of the terms and conditions of those specific agreements, as well as documentation of our checkout process illustrating your acceptance of the terms, via the customer required action of selecting a check box. The information that will be provided illustrates a contract that you created with One Sixth Outfitters upon checkout. Please keep in mind that any accounts with pending charge backs will be temporarily disabled, to avoid further billing and shipping issues, while all concerns are resolved. Multiple chargebacks may result in account closure.
Waitlist Terms and Conditions
All customers must understand and accept that joining the waitlist is NOT a guaranteed order and that it can only be fulfilled if and when the out of stock product comes back into our inventory due to order cancellations, credit card rejections, warehouse inventory adjustments, and other reasons.
Wait lists may remain active for any length of time and may be closed at any time with or without advance notification to customers. By establishing a wait list for a particular product, One Sixth Outfitters makes no representation whatsoever that the product may become available, that a customer on the waitlist will receive the product or that wait-list orders will be filled in any manner other than at One Sixth Outfitters discretion.
All in stock orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York City within two (2) business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders that contain both in stock item(s) and pre-order item(s) will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. Additional shipping fees will apply if customer wishes to receive item(s) before all items in the order are in stock. Additional shipping fees may also apply if the customer needs to update the shipping address.
We currently ship to select major countries. Please enter your shipping address during checkout to determine if we ship to your country. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your country is ineligible for shipping.
International Shipping - Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. One Sixth Outfitters is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or any other fee incurred by the customs system in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Customers are encouraged to check with their country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order. If the customer decides not to accept the shipment and abandon it with customs officials or refuse to pay their duties/fees when invoiced, then this may result in charges assessed to One Sixth Outfitters. We reserve the right to deduct any of these fees, incurred by duty or product abandonment, from any refund due to the customer.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. There are many reasons that a package may be returned to us as undeliverable.
- Item is too big for a P.O. Box. Some items are too big to ship to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a street address.
- Incorrect Address/Address Format/Missing Information. We always ship packages to the exact shipping address provided by you. The package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient if the address is incorrect, has typos, is missing information (such as an apartment number or ZIP code), or is outdated (such as a previous residence).
- Failed Delivery Attempts. Most carriers make three (3) attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package may remain available for pickup up to a week. After this period, it will be returned to us.
Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order with us. Understand that with all items offered, the prototype is shown and the final product may be slightly different. Product details are subject to change without notice from the manufacturer.
Only items that are damaged/defective due to the manufacturer are subject to returns. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Customers have up to five (5) days upon receiving item(s) to request a return. In the event that an item is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will offer to replace the damaged/defective item. If the offer to replace the item is declined, we will provide a refund less the original shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. All figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, and outer shipping cartons will need to be returned. After receiving a return and inspecting the condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less the original shipping cost.
Shipping cartons (Brown Box), whether self-shippers, large cartons, or graphic /color boxes are made solely to shield the item from damage during transit. We understand how important the graphic/color boxes are to collectors and will always make sure items are packaged in a way that decreases the likelihood of wear and tear (bends, creases, dented corners) during transit. However, boxes that do see wear and tear during transit are not considered a defect and will not be eligible for a replacement graphic/color box nor will we accept return/refund requests due to the condition of the box.
Exchanges and Replacement Parts
Due to the limited nature of our products, we encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and contact us within five (5) days regarding replacement part(s). To expedite the process of obtaining replacement part(s), please contact us and provide as much detail as you can along with close ups and full shot photos of the problem area. Please understand that we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide replacement part(s) but will do our best given the circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders
Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and provide them the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we do not have any more additional information once your order has shipped. One Sixth Outfitters is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the local post office or shipping carrier. We apologize if your package is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" but delays are out of our control.
